I have been a Holistic Therapist for over 36 years.  I am qualified in Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Kruchik Reflxology method for treatment of Pain, Fibromyalgia, Autoimmune Diseases, Indian Head Massage, Baby Massage, Reiki Master / Teacher, HOPI Ear Candling, Detox Foot Spa Therapy, Hot Stone Massage Therapy, Infrared Light Therapy, Shrinking Violet Inch Loss Body Wraps, Sound Therapy, Spinal Tuning and have a wealth of knowledge relating to all these therapies and I am grateful I got to learn these over the years.  .

Current treatments offered by Louise are Reflexology, Reiki,Reiki Training,Infrared Light Therapy, and Detox Footspa, The Kruchik method of Reflexology for the treatment of Pain/Fibromyalgia/Auto Immune Diseases, Terahertz Wanding, Sound Therapy, & Spine Tuning - Tuning Fork Therapy - working with frequencis and vibrations to bring about balance and healing & Baby Massage Teaching.

My main goal is to improve people's quality of life.  As a pain sufferer, I know how it feels to be in pain every day.  I truly believe that the treatments we offer help improve people's quality of life.  

I believe that everyone should be treated equally, no matter what size, shape, fitness levels or dis/ability.  You will be most welcomed coming to our centre and you will be in very safe hands. We understand pain and we are here to listen and to help you.

I set this the Harlow Holistic Therapy Centre up originally back in 2014, and bought together like minded people & have been extremely proud of what we achieved whilst the centre was open. Sadly the Centre is now closed (April 2026) but I am still working, as are my colleagues. Still offering all the treatments mentioned above.

Due to my own health issues - as of June 2025, I will mainly only be working on Wednesdays, Thursday and occassional Saturday.  I have been a therapist for over 36 years and I'm taking my own advice and looking after myself too.
